Terms and Conditions

1. Provider

This course is provided by Blockchain Zoo Pte Ltd, 230 Victoria Street, #15-01A22 Bugis Junction, Singapore 188024 ("Provider", "we", "us").

2. Enrollment and Access

Enrollment grants you access to live sessions and the course library for the duration of the program. Access may include recordings and supplementary materials. Access is personal and non-transferable.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Seats are limited and scheduling depends on cohort size, so refunds cannot be offered. If you miss live sessions, recordings and additional Q&A opportunities will be provided when available.

4. Educational Use Only

The course is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, employment, or business results. You are responsible for how you apply the material.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, and assets are owned by the Provider or its licensors. You may not redistribute, sell, or publish the materials without written permission.

6. Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and not to disrupt the learning environment. We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these terms or abuse the platform.

7. Certificate

Participants who complete the program may receive a Certificate of Completion issued by the Provider. This certificate is not a government-accredited diploma.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
